I was what drivetime (ugly duckling) called a loan rep (more like a loan shark). It was my job to keep deliq acct under 5 days deliq. They forced every rep to harrass, belittle customers. Managers are always on reps backs to get money in today. I think the word they use is BLM Bottom Line Management. This is what they use to get rep to collect money.
They have a party every year called la palooza in phoenix, az and fly in reps and managers to this, to pick up a check (bonuses) for ripping off consumers. I have a lot of info on them being an insider. It's not pretty what they do. I will write other story on them. Just to let every one know drive time is ugly duckling it's a scam they were going to try to see if they could get away from what they call buy here pay here slogan. It's UGLY DUCKLING people.
