I asked my Lady to take the tires from the Les Schaub bags to the Omak Les Schaub store and have them mounted. One of the people behind the service counter told her that it was illegal to mount the tires on the vehicle. I went to the store with her and she pointed out the young man who had told her the mounting was illegal. I talked to an other man behind the counter about the lie the young man had told to her.
The counter man said that what the young man had said was company policy. I said that such policy was wrong and not illegal. He said the young man was new. Then asked me what I wanted him to do about it. I said the young man should be told that he had lied to my lady. He then talked to the young man as he was pulling up to the service area in a customer's truck; apparently a fairly humorous thing about our dilema. Laughing off a lie about the legality of the company policy. This was a fine topping for the shoddy treatment.
