I have ordered two Michelin tires on June 7 and was told I would be called when they come in, It is June 24 and I went to the store to inquire about the two van tires that I had paid for. The lady at the counter stated, these tires should have been in. She called Michelin Tires and she was told the tires were sent. They were not in the store. Now, someone did not properly order the tires correctly and I, the consumer, is being mistreated and time wasted. I went on and had them to reorder but, I want some preferential treatment to come when the tires get there an put them on my vehicle. I don't think that I should sit in that room all morning waiting. I am a senior citizen with Osteoarthritis I can't sit for long periods of time. That is the least thing that Costco can do for me.
