As a sender, UPS could not deliver to an address that was complete. Someone at the receiving location never saw the UPS person try to even deliver the package at the time they say they attempted. To clear up their mistake, I had to contact the company sending the product who then in turn had to contact UPS. UPS charged the company for an 'address change.' Incompetence!
As a receiver on the same day, the box was damaged and a vase that was supposed to be in the box was not there. How could UPS tape up the box and proceed to deliver without notifying anyone about the damage? I will avoid using them in the future.
