I put my purchase plus they instantly charged my card. After 14 days, I sent wondering if my oder had delivered. They replied "Prepared out for cargo currently." After I requested to get a following # they didn't have one. They inform me the product is clearly backordered and that I will need to delay.
I inform them to simply stop the purchase. It was a headache. The client servive was elusive and exceptionally ambigiuous. Their emails went in groups and got me nowhere. Lastly they decided to stop my purchase and return my income. Therefore, nearly 14 days later... However no refund.
