Kevin Simmons of Global-automotive, False advertisement of a "Brand New, Warrantied, Functioning" Product, Every word a complete lie!

I made the mistake of purchasing a Mass Air Flow Sensor for my 04 Nissan Sentra Spec-V from Global Automotive on eBay on 5/14. I live 3 hours away from where it was shipped in Miami. The product took almost 5 days to receive. I got an item faster from California faster than the horrible excuse of shipping from Global Automotive in Miami. That was the first strike. I got the product and attempted to install it in my car. The product was poorly manufactured, was not OEM spec, and was dead. My car threw engine codes about the malfunctioning product immediately. Mind you this product did not look new and was damaged looking already.

I made the attempt to contact Global Automotive on May 19th and no one responded to me. I had to pay my for own return back to this company and I reported the company to eBay on May 21st. Kevin gave me a poor response that was childish and unprofessional since I had to report G.A.in order for them to respond. When I explained to him that I know what I'm doing when it comes to simply plugging and unplugging a sensor.

They received the defective product within a day after I sent it back to them on May 19th. I didn't get a response until June 1 from them about my replacment because I had to report them yet again for their sorry excuse of customer service. When I got the product. It was the same exact item but just cleaned off and I could tell because I knew where the markings were on the product they originally sent me.

As of today I received a new Mass Air Flow Sensor from a repurtable company (obviously not Global Automotive) and my car is functioning with no malfunctions. The product is actually at OEM spec.

This company or Kevin directly is a scam. Sells non OEM products and tries to advertisement as brand new when they are not. They are not professionally manufactured. From the responses I've seen from him, he can never prove his statements of these products actually working, doesn't know what he's talking about, and is very unprofessional.

I know that there will be a canned response to this by Global Automotive or Kevin but it's not really going to work when this company and individual has been caught in a white lie numerous times.

I have eBay's escalation department retrieving the refund for me. Since the seller themselves cannot own up to their scam and refund me back.
