In good faith I purchased (2) new headlight assemblies for a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherakee from jkdautoparts. They arrived new but after installation and discarding my old ones they are known to be defective with huge dark spots everywhere. "I have tried to work with the seller on this matter and he (Jeremy) has been extremely abusive and not willing to help throughout our correspondence. At this point I feel he is harassing me and continues to degrade me. This is exactly the type of business Amazon does not need to be associated with. I would never consider calling my customers out and degrading them as Jeremy has done regardless of the situation. I requested the back and forth banter and emails of opinion to stop as I just want resolve. Jeremy continued to harass me with NO resolve to date. I want to file a formal complaint against this business. I feel Jeremy is running an online business that knowingly sells and offers products that are of poor quality and even defective. Most importantly JKDAUTOPARTS needs to become more customer service oriented rather then defensive and abusive even if they get a poor review. It is unreal what I have had to through with this individual (Jeremy) over the last several days. Please advise How I can escalate this ".
