On the 8th of May I went to this dealership to look at a 2008 F-250 King Ranch that was owned by another individual but had the vehicle on the lot on consignment. I filled out the application and went for another test drive, after returning they told me we have verbal approval from the credit union and you can take the truck. On the 10th of May I called to find out when we would sign the paperwork, this is when the snowballing started. I was told the first credit union was taking too long so they went to another and was just waiting on the paperwork as the manager put it "your good to go". This went on for 2 weeks constantly changing stories and getting the run around. On 15th May we were hit with a major hail storm and unfortunately the truck was damaged on the hood/roof. I immediately called my insurance to file the claim and wait for the inspection.
After the inspection the insurance informed me they would be sending the claim check to the owner Norris Auto Sales, I told them they aren't the owner and they are NOT to send them the check. Norris Auto Sales has been fighting since to get the check as they are claiming they are the owners. I have since spoken to the owner and he removed the truck from their lot because they kept lying to him as well. They advertise 100% guaranteed approval, regardless of credit which is wrong, I have good credit but they couldn't finance me. I have received 3 rejection letters from 3 different credit unions all with different dollar amounts on them to finance. The original price to finance was $38,749.00,1 letter shows an amount of $43,749.00, another $42,519.00 and yet another $42,349.00. This has to be the worst car dealer out there in the OKC/Edmond area. They have an F rating with the BBB of OKC and refuse to respond to any complaints. I have forwarded my complaints to the BBB, OADA and OIADA. Should you need a car this is the last place I would go even if I was on foot and desperate. They will ruin your credit!!!
