Purchased a Gokart from their store in February 10 for my boyis 11-year old b day. They understood all my boy's details. They mentioned the gokart they offered was ideal. The gokart is suppose to transport as much as 400 pounds and 2-seater. I later was informed by them the individuals can't be higher than 48-inches however the Gokart includes a menu riveted that no body under-16 yrs old may generate it. I suppose only midgets more than 16 yrs old and under 4-feet may generate. Completely misrepresented. Thank God I used my CREDIT. Our lender has all proof and returned my $1,167.00 within 2 times. I've submitted in February 10 a with my local police department. Our lawyer has approached them-but appears that NO BODY, to incorporate Ms. Amy Barnes, really wants to signal their title to any files – possibly mindful their trademark is likely to be utilized against them in a judge of regulation.
