I had been struck with "return charge when myl simplicity finished even if I purchased another Chrysler. When I attempted to talkwith Chrysler they handled me just like a "foolish woman" and explained to "spend my charge and pull it-up."
I've an attorney considering this. I'll never buy another Chrysler item.
