So we bought a truck from these people about a year ago and the past 4 or 5 months we've had our payments taken off our debit card. We walked in this place as a referral from a friend and also one of Shay's relatives. Shay's the owner of the place who doesnt do any work and has his lap dogs doing everything. We came with $650 dollars down and the best thing we could walk out of there with was a 1999 Ford F150 that was short on wiring so the windsheild wipers and radio would go on and off randomly. The check engine light was on the whole time, just a POS that was not worth the 10K they were selling it for. So anyways our neighbor downstairs knocks on our door telling us they're trying to take the truck. What the hell? We were 16 days late and it would be $500 plus towing to get it back. Then the lying old hag that works there, (Victoria) tells us we need to pay that, then she hangs up on us and didn't answer the COMPANY PHONE LINE. Talk about bad business morale. She had the nerve to say we'll it's not my fault you can't pay the bills and all kinds of hostility and hangs up on me AGAIN! After we threatened her and Shay Greenberg that we were going to run ads about his bad business practice she calls us back and says $3000 cash and its yours. The truck now has over 200K miles on it 100K when we got it. They ended up having to tow it sideways at 2am in the morning. No one should ever buy a car/truck from here. Just leave it in the lot where you found it. They do NO MAINTAINENCE on their cars and hardly clean them out when they resell them. I can't believe SHAY GREENBERG is still in business. He should be in jail and that Victoria hag needs to be slapped. These people are scammers and hardly speak english anyways.
