On 04/10/10 I purchased a used Chrysler 300M after asking several people if there were any problems. They each said no. On 04/10/10 the Check Engine light was off. It appeared on 04/12.
Having checked with the previous dealership which had done all the service work, and having checked with the previous owner who traded the 300M in to Titus-Will, it was documented that the Check Engine light had been on for 1-1/2 years, including being on when the car was delivered for trade-in to Titus-Will.
The Check Engine light was disabled by Titus-Will, and I was not told of this, though I had asked about it with the Dealership Manager.
I filed a claim with the Washington State Dept. Of Licensing, and also had my attorney send a letter, to which there has been no response.
