When I awoke monday morning from a wild mothers day being trapped in a bad area, because their key battery died, I checked my account to see if CAP AUTO RENTAL had taken their money. They did, $287.50 out of my account @ $70 a day, leaving 1 day to make a payment. I continued with my long day and when the day ended, I stopped to relax at my favorite spot.
While ordering, I see the owner of the rental ar company jump in my car and take off. My friend jumped in his car and followed, but he would not talk to me. When he did he said "Meet me at the police station" I said fine and got back into the car. As soon as I do, this nut bolts down a busy intersection doing at least 70mph we attempted to follow but his dangerous driving, gave me second thoughts and I called it off.
I called the police, I wrote a report stating that my credit cards, money, childrens car seats and paperwork from my job was in the car. They sat and waited for him, but because he knew he was in the wrong he never returned. I showed the officers the payment and they said they go through this all the time with this guy named "PAUL" all the time.
I will make it my business to see that this business is closed. They gave me an unsafe car, overcharged me then take it after they took the payment. This company has been in the news before for
