Quoted $250. To REPLACE fuel injector, fuel filter, and oil change.
Bill read: CLEAN fuel injector ($55), fuel filter, ($20), oil change, ($20)
They charged $127.00 for wires and cap to rotor. I already had just replaced the wires and cap. This was not necessary or authorized.
They also stole personal items from my glove box, which I know were there when the car was left for repair.
When my husband went back and complained, the Manager David, said we don't know how to do credits on Mastercard, and anyway, we don't do refunds. He denied the theft and said look around, it's not here. (Of course the items were moved or hidden)
The bottom line is that my car runs exactly like it did and has the same problem. It was not fixed!
I have contacted Mastercard and the bill is in dispute and being investigated, but these Xpress Lube guys are such liars, who knows what they will say?
I was given the name of Mark (they said was their boss) and phone # 404-886-0035. My husband left two messages for him and he has not returned the calls.
