I do not like making unfavorable evaluations, but I Have attempted going back couple weeks to perform issues out with Micahel Jasko at Midas on 2964 East Mainstreet in Mesa Arizona 85213.
Some tips about what occurred:
My spouse got some of those free oil-change deals and required it directly into Midas. Whenever we got there she named and stated we needed fresh tires. Later, my spouse named me in surprise and stated there could be an $800 cost. She described he questioned her for each possible update. Material we would never purchase, but she thought I'd authorized everything with him currently about the telephone. Shock, there's also a $193 work cost, above the $500 we previously decided on.
Oh, and that you don't be eligible for the free oil-change incidentally, your vehicle is unique.
Okay, all completed, signal this document, otherwise I Will maintain your vehicle ransom. That which you are annoyed? You decided to all, remember?
I decided to $500 for brand new wheels, that is it! I particularly requested, it'll just be $500 for brand new wheels right? Eileen Jasko (the business shop-owner) stated, yes, that is all. No extra costs right? No.
Okay, proceed, I trust you... Guy was that actually an error
Therefore, rather than tossing a, that will be what I needed to complete... I named and questioned why the statement was $800 whenever we decided on $500. He explained, properly your spouse closed the document. Okay, I thought it was an honest error so when a company if somebody really wants to purchase anything, even when it isn't the things they require, I suppose this is the means he works...
And So I agreed to do some work-in industry (I actually do sites). He was reasonable in the beginning, but blew me down for nearly 2 weeks afterwards. He'dnot return my calls of course if he actually responded he'd say, “oh I've a-line of clients, may I contact you back? ” … yes I'd say... But he'd never callback.
I wrote emails requesting whenever we might fulfill to continue... No reaction till I jeopardize BBB problem.
This is the way he does enterprise people! Steer clear
I'd recommend you-go to some technician you could trust. One which I Have discovered and confidence is: University Automotive (480) 655-7699.
