After having my oil changed the past twice they screwed up so when i quit the oil went from my vehicle, departing me stranded on side of the road until someone came and redone there function. I understand errors happen but twice i dont think so-and to makde issues worse i never received a telephone call following the second time it happened and that i actually sent them a notice. This happened on 3/25/10 which is currently 4/19/10 but still nothing.
