Well! Les Schwab in Juneau, Alaska is just as bad as anywhere else in the U.S. I thought it was just the usual very bad customer service and attitude found at many places in this capital city. Bill has the salesmanship of a grumpy baboon, and he's probably the manager.
When I called to inquire, I was told there were four wheels (rims) in stock for $49 — I had mentioned that I didn't want anything expensive for my 15-year old car.
When I got there I was told they didn't have the $49 wheels in stock, so I wound up buying four wheels for $484 total — they are way too fancy looking for my car. I needed them right away (too many flats), otherwise I would have ordered the cheap ones. Can't wait til those shiny wheels dirty up a bit.
From the looks of your complaint board, it probably would not do any good at all to write to Schwab headquarters (I'll do it anyway). The thing to do I suppose is shop around if you have the luxury of time and more than one place to buy wheels from.
