I ordered a fog light for my truck. Reliaparts had the best price of several companies responding to my search. Ordered light August 20.
Made my PayPal dispute September 30th. Reliaparts refunded my shipping "because of our delay" in sending part. Then called back saying if I didn't close my dispute company claimed they couldn't get their money. Promised to send part.
October 17 I emailed again (this is my 4th email) and Stacy offered to cancel order and send refund. I told her I wanted the part. On October 29th she promised to call and renegotiate the cost of the part (couldn't find one at $100.00).
December 12th I wrote back "OK. You never got back to me. So I give up. Give me a refund. I'll look for the part again." December 30th I wrote to remind Stacy she had called me and promised me a refund.
February 3 I said refund by February 6th or I would forward my thread of emails to the Better Business Bureau and my state's Attorney General Office.
