Terrible job on rebuild top end

Tyler ross previews mechanic on kawasaki kx250 f recommend me straight line motorsports to take a look at my kx250 f, because he didn't have time and right tools to fix it.

Tyler ross ended up taking it to straight line motorsports witch they worked on the bike for good 28 to 30 days (6/14 to 7/12) finally i picked it up on the 7/12 paying $ 508.13 load it on my truck expecting my bike running after top end was rebuild. I took my bike to the track couple of weeks after i picked it up from the shop, it took me at least 10 min to start my bike, after a min or two, my bike shots off and didn't start after several minutes trying. I took it back to the shop and they told me they would take a look, after a couple of weeks i got a phone call from the shop telling me that according to the manual the problem could be on the stator, cdi, or valves, so they were still working on it, i didn't hear from the shop so i gave them a call and the guy that was working on my bike told me that it could be the stater, they were just waiting on an other kx250 f so they can try the stater on mine., after an other couple of weeks i called and told them to buy the starer did not care if that was not the problem i just really wanted to enjoy my bike during the summer. After that i got a called on 9/7 from the shop letting me know that my bike was ready to go, they even did ride it for several minutes... I picked it up on 9/08 right when i got to the shop i tried to start it and couldn't do it, i needed some help, after couple of minutes we finally got it to start. I rode it on the parking outside the of shop for good minute and still felt it a little loose like my bike was not responding the way i expected it, i went back in the shop to talk to the mechanic and his answer was the gas on the bike is too old needs new fuel and probably a new spark plug, witch i did not understand why when they "rode" it for a while did not have any problems with the old gas, any ways i loaded it on my truck thinking that might be the reason why my bike acted weird, Todd the owner of the shop sent one of his mechanics to put a new spark plug on my bike while it was already on my truck. After the mechanic finished i bought some race gas. I wanted to make sure my bike was ready to go so i paid $ 373.30 after they did not know how to fix it in the first place. I went home unload the bike left it sitting in my garage from 9/8 to 10/10 i planed a trip to ride the weekend in oklahoma with girlfriend and friends so before the weekend wanted to make sure my bike was working right since i did no have time to play with it since i picked it up form the shop, so i got it out of my garage and start trying to get it on for hour or more, i finally got it on it has a weird noise and acting weird so i turn it off and decide to take it to kawasaki dealer ship in 721 W. State highway 114 grapevine, tx 76051 (817) 481 2500. Where i spend $ 170.49 thinking that it could be something simple since the top end its been rebuild, so kawasaki did a clean carb, valve clearance check, checked compression and its way lower that were supposed to be. They put a note on the invoice saying RECOMMENDED RETURNING THE BIKE TO THE PREVIOUS DEALER TO RE-CHECK THE WORK THEY DID ON THE TOP END that was on 10/10. I load it on my truck and went straight to straight line motorsports. Where they ignored me and basically told me that my bike is not a good model thats why they don't take kawasaki's from 06 to 09 because they have a lot of problems with them they said if i want them to touch my bike i need to be aware that it was going to cost me after i was trying to talk to them saying that kawasaki looked at it told me they did something wrong with the top end, they just blowed me like i was crazy, after awhile me and Todd unload the bike and tried really hard to start it witch never happened, i even pushed him and still did not work at all, he and up telling me than my bike was a very problematic bike and i needed to get a rid of it witch i don't think he knows what he's talking about it. Any ways i left because they pretty much told me there's no warranty so of course i don't need to be trusting this mechanics any more after they screwed me with time and money, after that i went back home thinking about the situation, on 10/30 i wanted to have somebody to look at it i figured since smlracing put a new piston and new parts they probably missed something small, so i took it to FPH 700 W Bedford Rd Hurst, TX76053 (817) 643-0460 Bryce Redabaush (service manager) did a leak down test and couple of days after i dropped it off at this FPH the service manager told me to take it back to the previews shop. He told me i don't need anybody else to look at it he basically told me slmracing did not do top end right and i need to take it back there. Where there just ignoring me. I need some help i been spending lot of money on this bike and slm don't want to be responsible or give me warranty.
