Never recieved the speakers or my money back

I never received the speakers i requested in sept I've attempted speaking and calling ecommerce time in and day trip and contacting none of the appears to actually aid they delivered me and mail saying my purchase was ended plus they could be crediting back my charge card within three times it's been 2 weeks but still no cash or any responses in the organization
