It started about 7 years ago we went to buy a used car and bought a used mercury sable, it was a piece of junk to start with we put about 500 dollars in repairs and the last straw was the oxygen sensor went out and we could not afford a new one. So we tlod them to come and get it when they came to get it we told them to let us know what they got at auction for it and we would work out the difference, well we never heard from them and about 6 and a half years later we get a letter in the mail saying they were going to dock my pay what we owe them. We got a letter in the mail saying we had a court date. Well about 2 weeks before this they took about two and fifty dollars out of my savings account without ant prior warning. So i went to the court date and they told me i could not speak and that they were going to doc my pay their lawyer came up and gave me his card and told me to contact the office and we would work something out. I called the office and they told me they were going to take out 25 percent of my check and there was not a thing i could do about it, so now they are taking the money out they did not include what they got at the auction the money they took out of my bank notheing. Listen to this the car was originally eleven thousand dollars and now its up to over twenty three thousand dollars because they said they could not find me that is crazy. If anyone can help me a would love to hear some advice on i8f i have a case i could wil i am a father of 4 and a ill wife we have to take loans out evert month from these fast cash places to survive. Just sounds to me like another big company using there muscle to hurt the small man help if you can. Jeff cincinnati ohio
