I had purchased a Car from Ugly Duckling formerly known as Drive Time back in July. I have been on time with maintence on my vehicle to keep it in shape. Recently I had sent my care to the shop for a tune up and etc. And later to find out they tell me one of my spark plugs was re-theareded.
Well being that I know nothing about cars I had asked that what the damage would be and was told that it was close to 2,000 dollars to fix my vehicle because my headgasket is gone. I have only had this car for about a year now and still have 2 more years to pay it off. So I called Drive Time to see what can be done and was told just bring it in and they will repair it.
Well Im now Im concerened If I should do that because I wouldn't been in the position I am now with them being dis-honest in the first place. 52 point inspection yeah right. I'am a single mother with two kids with an alright job. But paying daycare, bills, carpayment, and to pay $2000 dollars to get my automobile fixed is impossible. They wont even give me a car to drive while mine is being fixed. What a rip off. O dont let me forget to add this was a '00 model ride.
