I bought a Vehicle from Clair Laughard (Laughard's Chickaree Truck and Trailer Sales. After the car was transferred I started driving home soon to realize that the vehicle was not safe although Clair laughard promised it was a sound vehicle. I called Clair Laughard to inform him of the vehicles condition and he refused to fix the problems. Only after I made a report with the attorney general and filed at the district Justice did he offer to fix the problems. Clair Laughard will temp. Fix vehicles that will hold until you get them off the lot. His entire business is a scam. Clair Laughard has been scamming hard working Americans for years. Clair Laughard will buy vehicles at the car auction for 3 to 5 hundred dollars and sell the for $1,000 to $2,000 by temporary fixing whatever problem the vehicle has if he fixes it at all. If you read this save yourself a lot of trouble and don't buy from Laughard's Chickaree Mountain truck & Trailer sales.
