AUTO-START/WARRANTY REPAIR - Service from dealer and Ford Customer service

I purchased a new 2007 five hundred from 'lighthouse ford' of copaigue, ny. I expressed that i was going to have a remote start system installed. I was threatened by the salesperson that if i didn't have them do it, ford would not warranty my electrical system if there were a problem. Now i have a problem with the remote start and there is no longer a lighthouse ford, and hempstead lincoln mercury will not cover it even though i bought my car new with it pre - installed. When i was directed to a john talt within the hlm ford dealership, (he was the prior owner of lighthouse) he told me i was complaining about the simple cost of repairing the remote start when he personally lost millions! Well i don't care about his loss. I feel i was forced to buy my system through an authorized dealer upon purchase, i deserve to get it corrected before my warranty runs out june. I am sitting on brake light problems, cruise control problems and adjustable pedal problems that require attention and i'd like to get them all done in one visit. I shouldn't have all these problems at 14,000. Miles! Who do i call that can help me??
