Santander acquired my auto loan from another lender. Though funds were current there is a late charge from past late-payment. I attempted to pay for this twice, the 2nd period it had been completed for their demand (being particular amount of time in the month, clearly labled "overdue fee") created numerous telephone calls to solve the problem of wrong percentage of cash which should have now been set towards late fee. I posted a demand to possess account reallocated. Our request was refused.

The troubling element was the unprofessionalism - being placed on infinte store after requesting a boss, misunderstanding (as administrators) when determining themselves, and toughest was upgrading my bill contact info using their caller-id... They named my buddy's home (who formerly permitted me to make use of her land-line) buying cost - WHICH WAS ALREADY PAID!!! How unprofessional!!
