Santander Consumer US is just a deceptive and fraudlent organization and harasses me daily with telephone calls.

In Feb. Santander represntative named me reagrding my late Jan. 2011 cost. I informed her I'd simply shipped the cost on February 7th, same day. I described that I had been presently unempoyed and lving on the fixed-income from my pension. I also informed her I'd requested to get a deferment in November and was informed that Santander Customer US doesn't do this. She than educated me which was false which I really could delay my Jan. 2011 payment and then the payment I simply submitted might depend towards Feb. 2011 and my consideration could be swept up and my next vehicle not wouldn't be due before normal March 15th cost.
