We purchased this RV 28 June. We have had it in our possession for about ten days.
At time of test driving, we noted that the speedometer was not reading correctly. The salesman stated, we can fix that. We also listed several other things before purchase. The other things were fixed except for the speedometer, odometer and leaking air conditioner.
Lazy Days could not repair and took it to Sterling Truck Company. They have had it now for three weeks (this second time) and have contacted the manufacturer. The instructions the manufacturer sent to them did not work. The Service Manager at Sterling Truck Co. Said this unit has had this problem since day one.
Don Wallace sent us a survey, and we told him of the problems. Not only have we not heard from him, but now no one at lazy days, with the exception of the salesman, will return calls to discuss this situation with us. We asked for a replacement or refund and were told "Oh, we can't do that". We paid $126,000 plus tax of 7% for this RV.
