The Firestone Tire & Service Center on Fowler St, in Tampa left me in a fowl mood when they kept us waiting three hours to see why the red brake light would not go off the dash... Claimed they repaired in half an hour, and let us drive out in traffic with the same problem we paid them to fix.
My son works two shifts and attend school with the one 1993 family car. Firestone has collected over $1,500 from us in the past 11 months for repair and they show n concern for cost, time or defective service.
Why can't the Federal Trade Commission crack down on false car repair advertising that lures in, cleans out your wallet and leaves you an unsafe car to bring you back?
