Worst support division I've observed, inexperienced technicians that trigger more issues than they repair. I had been pleased with my Hyundai till I got my automobile set for routine maintenance and many occasions I've been burned. They've caused numerous issues used to do not encounter till it had been maintained by them-and they don't correct the problems they've triggered. I'll not provide my automobile to Simple Hyundai for providing again and wouldn't in obvious awareness suggest this spot to anybody.
This originally happened in November and it is still uncertain. Consequently of having 'planned maintenance'.in the last year I've had two water pumps changed because of them being allegedly faulty after obtaining the anti freeze flushed and today my car misfires after obtaining gas treatment preservation. I purchased the vehicle fresh in 2008 and had simply no actual problems until maintenance.
They confessed for the issue and could replicate the misfiring when test-driving it but educated me the issue was also erratic and wasn't 'discovered from the analytical pc'. Additionally they mentioned they'd not 'simply begin changing components since it might charge the dealer cash plus they can't determine the issue. Our vehicle continues to be under guarantee plus they recognize an issue with misfiring but explained I'll need to watch for it to weaken to the stage it tosses a check-engine light.
Indicating their technicians and 'manufacture' are also inexperienced to repair it. When I stated these were no issues with this car till they did ‘maintenance’ onto it creating two water pump substitutes and today an uncertain misfiring problem.
I regret getting my vehicle to Simple Hyundai for 'program maintenance' spending them my hard earned cash to produce issues that didn't occur.
Hyundai is a great organization but I'd not recommend providing your automobile at Simple Hyundai or North Freeway Hyundai being that they are linked. The manufacture was delivered from North Freeway Hyundai and clearly they're more worried about searching great about the publications cost-wise, then getting attention to fix an unwanted issue they've produced my cost.
