I began bank with BOA since 1988 for my own consideration and began 2002 with BOA for my Company checking acct.
I had been so angry with this specific teller recently after I visited Weschester Department in La to deposit recently 1/19.
I transferred $16,000.00 to my company acct as well as transferred 2 inspections for that whole of $4300.00 to my own acct which attract from my Company acct.
However, this teller explained my company acct don't have any adequate account and declined to consider my deposit for these 2 inspections. The Supervisor arrived and trained the teller just how to feedback in to the program and deposit was take.
This teller was upset with me might be she seems terrible infront of me and her supervisor by being unsure of things to manage. She offered me a deposit bill back and that I discovered the total amount just for $1300.00, I change requested her and told her I've 2 checks (00.00 & 00.00) for complete amt of $4300.00 Then she re-issued another deposit bill in my experience. I view it and discovered the total amount just for $3000.00 and asked her again.
She was spoken in my experience so rude stating my company don't have any sufficient account, and he or she simply handed it to a different teller. Lastly the Supervisor returned and apologized informing me-she may keep in touch with this teller's perspective. Probably the most annoyed me was this teller nevertheless works like nothing occurred with no indicators of acknowledging her errors and poor attitude.
I'm likely to shut all my balances with Lender of America as a result of this type of poor company. Therefore dissatisfied why BOA however have this sort of worker in this crucial economy and competitive marketplace.
