Ripoff lemon fail to pay, junk cars doesn't care about his customers

I bought a car from shorty north hannibal auto sales and it had a blown head gasket I had a warranty and he will not honor it.
So we took Earl Shortsleeve to court and we won a judgement but he refuses to pay.

After looking into things we have found that he has another judgement that's unpaid against him and 2 outstanding tax warrants in the amount of $5000.

He doesn't care about his customers at all because we had a warranty and he said he washes his hands of our truck and doesn't care about the warranty.
