Titan Towing Surviving family from Hurricane Katrina

Getting scam by Code 4 towing company stealing cars. Vehicles where illegally towed / stolen by Code 4 Towing. Charging and arm and a leg for getting my vehicles back. They will come at night to take your car and auction your car off the next day.
