Early this past year I created a reservation with Continental, then consequently needed to stop. Continental delivered me a voucher for $511.40 without any reference to any rebooking charge. Late last year I applied this to create another reservation, and obtained a verification mail having a 0 "change fee" (first period I Would heard about this) put into my $350 solution
And So I ended that reservation and reported to Continental, plus they 'respectfully rejected' to return me the $150 — or even the price of the solution! At this time, I've flown zero kilometers and that Iam out $661.40.
After further criticism, they added insult to damage by giving me five deals for $157.50 each - to not be properly used in combination. And so I will have to travel five times (and invest more income) to recuperate the $661.40 they required from me.
I don't believe I'm going to be traveling Continental, and I suggest all tourists think about this egregious instance of the misleading business methods before you need to do.
