I had a similar situation with Jim Ellis. However, it was not with their Porsche division, but with their Volkswagen division. My car was involved in an accident, I was not driving it at the time, and my insurance company wanted them work on it, so that it would be back to "factory condition." At any rate, I had more problems with my car after the accident than I did beforehand. After dealing with their shoddy repair work and paying for a loaner car more than once, I finally sold the car. Sadly, I lost a lot of money on it, but I was able to put it behind me. I hope that thing will work out for you. Let us know how things go.
