My car was sent to P&G Auto body for repair on an insurance claim. I believed it to be a reputable company. I initially noticed upon return of my car I had no heat. Prior to the accident, I had a perfectly working car. My car is a late model less tha five years old. I had to put in a gallon of antifreeze before I could get heat. I returned it to the shop 3 times. I had to get another alignment. The next week my car would not start. After getting a tow truck out, he realized that my battery cable had been loosened to such a degree that the post had detached from the battery.
The following week as I sit idling in my car, the hose to the radiator blew off and all of the antifreeze went out. I took my car to a reputable service center to have it diagnosed. I discovered cracked hoses, front end damage, shock and strut damage, and radiator leak all on the accident side of my vehicle that was never repaired. It will cost $2000.00 more to have my car properly repaired.
