Company refused to pay for engine even though Indiana judge ordered it...
Less than three months after buying a car with a car warranty from C.A.R.S., the engine blew. CARS refused to pay so I took it to small claims court. The judge ordered them to pay within 30 days. They didn't pay, so I took them back to court. I am currently pursuing them also through the Department of Insurance.
These scondrals have no intent of paying for legitimate claims and feel no responsibility to respond to calls. Several complaints have been lodged against them through the Better Business Bureau.
There is another lising on this website against them also. Un fortunately I did not see it before I bought the policy.
