On Dec 22, I had been reserved to travel from Colorado to Charlotte to Philadelphia on USAirways. The trip from Colorado at 9:30 was postponed for inexplicable factors, indicating it'd appear late in Charlotte. As my trip from Charlotte was reserved for 11:35, I had been certain to skip it. I requested in Colorado in the USAirways table the things they might do for me personally. I had been informed that of another routes from Charlotte were oversold which there is small possibility of obtaining in it - even while life. I asked what that recommended. The clear answer: you'll need to purchase a resort oneself in Charlotte, of course if you're fortunate we are able to enable you to get on stand by 24 hours later to Philadelphia.

The delay was USAirways problem. This is the way you handle your guests?

The trip from Colorado came in Charlotte at 11:30. No test was produced by the team to obtain guests with restricted contacts off first. No apology was designed for the delayed trip. I went through the airport wishing to obtain the Charlotte trip at 11:35. Luckily it had been a couple of minutes delayed. I reached the check in table, to become informed they'd simply provided my chair absent since I had been overdue! Amazing! However the lady sheepishly stated I ought to get up to speed anyhow, with fortune I'd look for a chair. Again, no apology provided.

I did so obtain a chair by some wonder, simply to be informed the plane might take a seat on the driveway, from the entrance (they required the entrance available), for that next 1 1/2 hours! This ended up to become 4 hours ultimately. Easily had missed the airplane to be "overdue", after which I'd have "overlooked" a which was really there for 4 hours longer. Amazing

Throughout The 4 hours caught about the driveway, we were provided precisely 1 glass of water. Nothing else. And never one-word of apology for that wait.

Once we became popular, my seatmate desired to purchase among the over priced, tastless boxed treats. She was informed there is no food (!) to the plane - 200 everyone was caught with this plane for 4 hours with not just one food product up to speed! No free alcohol or wine was provided as payment, and again, NO apology provided! Again, amazing

USAirways ought to be embarrassed of the horrible support it provides it is customers. This can be a scandal - it's misuse of the general public to provide such extremely poor company. Obviously this type of person inexperienced to become operating an airline. Why does the FAA no control these fools?

Save money, period and complications by boycotting USAirways. These folks don't deserve your company.
