Drive financial took over car loan and say I am 1 payment behind

This company evidently took over my car loan w/o notification. Now they claim I am 1 payment late. I have never received a statement or any correspondence from this company. My car was originally financed thru Triad Financial and I never had any trouble with them at all. I was never late or missed a payment. Plus these people want additional money no matter how you send a payment.

The biggest bother is they call 7 days a week, are very rude, obnoxious and right down nasty. They won't answer a phone, answer a email or anything. How are you supposed to do business with a company like this in good faith?

I am sending my payment on the usual date and for the same amount as always and my bank and myself will have a record of said payments, if and when they dispute payments.

Someone with some say so, or authprity should go to this company and get it straightened out. These financial places think they can rule everyone because WE bailed them out thru Obama.
