Lester Glenn doesn't surpass GREAT support...

They've all messed up 2 visits previously now I'd a-3 O'clock for my free oil-change. I was planned for 3PM, but came earlier (2:15) since I had beennot feeling well. Their support planner stays all her period chitchatting about the telephone, their waiting place odors from old coffee and stagnant sugar donuts... It had been horrible.

The area was vacant and after nearly half an hour, I questioned why my vehicle hadn't been drawn in for support. SHE (the chitchatting planner) stated I'd to hold back till 3PM... Our planned appt... I QUIT

Lester Glenn could push their so-called free gas changes up their common... I visit Smittys and that I am out and in in 20 units or less... For $25.00... I really like my hyundai, but I DISLIKE LESTER GLENN...

They suck!
