Auction company offers to help dealerships move old inventory at a reserve price, they even send a truck to transport your units. Once they get your product (cars, motorcycle, watercraft, ATVs) they sell it for 40% of your reserve or invoice cost thus creating tremendous financial loss. The dealership is left to make up the difference to pay the units off. We lost almost $40,000.
Their story seems to be that they are known as an Absolute Auction although our contract states Reserve. Somehow they have a totally different contract on hand for us. I have talked to several businesses that had the same experience and some have been put out of business because of these guys.
