Our vehicle was within the look for a rear defrost breakdown. After I picked it I came across Mcdonalds trash within the back of the vehicle in addition to a budget owned by a technician. Evidently this technician got my vehicle to-go get his meal. Therefore essentially he got my vehicle without my authorization and might have been within an incident and/or went my vehicle with unnecessary treatment. I got this material back to the support consultant I had been coping with. I created a criticism he assured me that it had been not condoned which the support supervisor could be in a few times. I called the supervisor he again assured me it was not condoned and against organization plan which if he (the technician) made it happen again he'd be dismissed. I nevertheless don't experience relieved by this whatsoever. Personally I think this is just a type of taking. I had been provided nothing for my frustration but more disappointment.
