On Saturday, April 11th, we went to San Bronze Honda in Gilbert, Arizona since the had a online that people were involved in. It had been a 45-mile one way journey however the vehicle appeared encouraging.

We spoke to some salesman called Red. I-test drove the vehicle. Appeared excellent. Nevertheless, it had been initially bought in Michigan and appeared to have a great deal of decay within the motor division. This vehicle was significantly less than $8k, I'd informed Reddish that I had been likely to spend money, & he'd assured me there could be not a problem getting the vehicle on Friday. I described how this wasn't appropriate which additional sellers had permitted me to get this done.

Red visited the supervisor again & then returned. He explained the Supervisor demands this is actually the only means he'll get it done. Then he described they might promote me the vehicle plus they might place in the agreement that I really could return it if it didn't fulfill my technician's acceptance.

At this time I had been livid. I quit the dealer really unhappy. Discuss poor customer support. I created a 90-mile round-trip, lost 2 hours of my period, all for nothing.

DON'T conduct business with San Brown Ford. Its shops such as this which have produced this type of poor status for vehicle sellers.
