I recently placed an order with you all on July 2nd. I specifically remember ordering Excel TZ-10 and hankook ventus tires. When I received my order in the mail I had received excel TX-7 and federal tires. I called customer service they said that I had originally ordered TZ-7s and they were out of the hankook ventus tires so they gave me the federals. I said well I ordered the excel TZ-10s I know this cause I would not order something that I would not like.
As for the tires I asked them why you would give me different tires with out asking me, they said they were out so they gave me comparable tires. Jade who was the representative said that those tires are basically the same. Basically is not the same if you have to use that word. I specifically ordered those tires due to the high tread rating which was 340 while the federal tires I was sent has a tread rating of 240.
I told them since I did not receive the right tires and that I did not want the order. You people are going to charge me a restocking fee when it is your fault in the first place on messing up my order. On top of that I have to pay for my own shipping. You pride your self in customer service and this is how you really treat your customers who spend a large amount of money.
Quoting the Web Site better serve its customers. That phrase is totally false. I under stand if I did not like the tires that I ordered I would have to pay a restocking fee, but you people sent me the wrong tires with out even asking me if I wanted them. It is your fault for giving me the wrong tires in the first place.
What the hell ever happen to the customers is always right. Not to mention I have all your customer service representatives yelling at me and then hanging up on me. Jade in particular was extremely rude when I said that I ordered the right tires you people gave me the wrong ones. She later hung up on me. I called the better business bureau in Florida and WTOP call for action and report you all. I also called my credit card company and showed them the proof they I ordered one thing and got another.
The original order slip says that I ordered the ventus, and I got the federal I mean its as simple as that. Why would you people not accept the items back when its your fault? I am part of several car forums and you have just lost so much business since I have posted it on the forums, you think if you can swallow 100 dollars you would have a happy customer and he may go out and tell people all over that go ahead and buy from wheel max they are alright, but no youd rather have a customer and slander your company just because u people were wrong and cant even swallow 100 dollars and some shipping charges.
I also understand your return policy on your web site. If I don't like the tires I would have to return them with shipping at my cost, thats all nice and dandy too but where does it say if we send you the wrong order. Thats the problem it does not say that, everyone is not perfect and people make mistakes (like Al at extension 1030 who wrote down the wrong rims) so you should account for people like that. If you make a mistake it is your job to fix it.
Until you prove me wrong by having someone call me and apologizing for all of this trouble my main goal will be to tell everyone I know who wants to upgrade there tires and rims I will tell them to go to tires.com who has a real return policy if they make a mistake. You have made a person who main goal is to now slander your company. I really hope you like that a person is going around telling all the car people he knows now to ever buy tires from your company.
I hope you know your company is doing this to its valued consumers. I also hope that a monopoly like tires.com takes over the tire business since they know how to treat customers.
