I ordered a transmission at the beginning of August and was told it would be ready in three weeks. Three weeks came and went.By mid September I had been given many excuses but still no transmission which I had already paid for in full ($2100). By the end of September they were actually repeating themselves on excuses, apparently they ran out of new ones. I finally cancelled my order which took some doing as they put you on hold for long waits on the phone (usually 15-20 minutes). They sent out my refund check not to me but to a repair shop. I had given the salesman my correct address (he even read it back to me) but still it was mailed out wrong. I was told that I would have to wait until that check came back.
Well, it took another month to get the check back to them and mailed to me. I finally get a check from them and guess what... It has insufficent funds!!! I went to Chase Bank (their bank) and was told that this account has "real problems". I ended up having to fly to Phoenix AZ, rent a car and get my money back in person.
I would find another company to do business with, learn from my headaches with this company.
