We were contacted by phone, by Julie Soutullo. She claimed she was from All tools USA. She was offering a scan tool that was of interest to our shop. She told us to give a business check for $399.95 to the fed-ex driver upon delivery, she would hold our check for 30 days to see if we like it.
We tried the tool and called her the same day it was delivered and told her we wanted to send it back for a refund. She said that fed-ex would come on Friday the 27th of November to take the tool and then we would get our refund. Fed - Ex did not come. We then found that she had cashed the check the very next day even though we had called her.
We then went online and found this site where she has done this multiple times all over the country. We are angry and have filled a report with the attorney general of Florida.
