Delayed damaged luggage and stolen property

I got a trip from Amsterdam to Detroit about the 28 of November. Flight number KL611. Our baggage didn't appear before 29 of Nov. After I obtained my baggage, it had been broken Also It was lacking a few of the items, and there is harm to a. Lacking is one Samsung mobile phone, One leather gear. And harm to an image and body. I've reported to KLM, I've had no reaction. This is actually the second-time in 3 months that my baggage is a time overdue! I believe that I deserve much better than this!
