I took my BMW for regular maintenance at Pensky BMW Warwick RI only to find out they were not changing the oil, but topping it off. My Brother Owns his own Auto Dealer/repair shop. Last Year when My Oil changes were no longer covered I took it there. He called me and asked me to go to his shop, as he wanted to show me the bolt on the oil pan had never been touched, the filter had never been changed, and the oil was so dirty there was sludge in it. Presently, the car has 20,000 miles on it. My service manager Mark at BMW told me they had to change two window regulators, why? I don't Know.
Speaking of Mark, I have my own Jewelry business in my quest to get good A-1 Service I gave this man, Mark, A Mavado Watch and many other gifts, as well as large Tips ($100.00), a Tennis Bracelet for His girlfriend, and on and on. My car was even hit during so called regular maintenance, and I had to pay to fix the minor bumper damage. BMW said it was there already, what a joke this is my summer car, and I know it like the back of my hand, also it is garaged. On 12/02/09 I came so close to buying a new BMW 5 Series GT I even put together a large down payment went to pick up my car and thinking, I changed my mind. At this time it needed another window motor and cleaning. The total with the Pensky extended Warranty was $300.00 and the invoice states replaced Window Motor with one in working condition. Does this mean New? If so, then why was that Quote on my invoice.

Items have been stolen from my car while there. This is my second new BMW I bought there and I was so close to buying # 3. I always gave them the benefit of the doubt. Never again, especially after this last visit, because now the drivers door is rattling I would bring it back but what is next? Sincerely, a very dissatisfied loyal customer.
