Have had it with wachovia dealer services and the high intereste rate16.01. Beat it at 1.9 on a new vehicle, told them to come and get the tahoe i had. Customer service rep Tammy, told me they would not come and get it and i was going to pay for it. I then spoke with Anthony. Could not deal with him and his flamming queen voice and attitude. I got very upset and very angry, so i unloaded a mouth full of words to him i can't put in this report. They seem not to listen to me and wanted to talk about me being so up set. I Finally told him to send someone out here to get this vehicle, and he said no. I don't understand because several months ago, i was told by Anthony that they had vehicles dissapearing and thought they were gpoing to Mexico, but they were not going after them, so i guess the existing customers, have to make up the loss for these dealers that finance anyone have caused them. They have added insurance twice and i never recouped all the mponey they added to the account. They have no phone number in california, except the 800-289-8004. It's an automated account service, no real people to speak with. They call be fore a payment is due, have added a payment some where msking mr 3 months behind. That's why I took 2 payments and put down on a new vehicel. They are not regulated by the n.C. Banking commission, so no help from them.
