American Auto Shield, Warranty America, Mepco Dishonest Auto Warranty Companies, Do Not deal with any of these three

Ordered a Warranty America B umper to Bumper from Gabe Aybinder AAAutoWarranty.com 888-222-4445 ext 181 on June 19 th 2009.in his email to me, he offered me:
I'm pleased to add that for June we're offering a $500 savings certificate for gas or groceries with your enrollment.
On Sept 23, we contacted Gabe and notified him that we did not receive a copy of our warranty or the $500 saving certificate. He immediately sent us a soft copy of the contract. I then received an email from Jeff Golden, Manager of Client Services, who also email a soft copy of the warranty and informed me that a third party company, Incentives International had filed bankruptcy and that we were a creditor. Although concerned that a company, Incentives International was having financial problems, I askedWhat does this have to do with me? I received also on Sept 23 another email from Troy Nelson, Client Service Manager AAAutoWarranty info about BBZ bankruptcy?
Between Sept 23 and Nov 2, I went back and forth with several people at AAAutowarranty and American Auto Shield, the actual warranty company.
On Nov 2, I began corresponding with Jason Currier and he sent me this email to summarize my problem.
Dave,
I have spoke with AA Auto Warranty and have been informed of the promotion they were offering at the time you purchased the service contract. The promotion offered was for up to $500 savings in gas coupons. It now appears that the company they were getting the coupons from has gone out of business and can no longer get them. Dan at AA Auto Warranty says that they are currently giving those customers $100 in gas and $100 in groceries to attempt to make up for the problems you are experiencing. I realize that this does not seem like fair compensation for what you were originally told. If this is not acceptable to you then you may cancel and get 100% of you money back. Let me know what you would like to do and I will help you get it done either way.

Sorry for the problems,
Jason Currier Vice President 5695 Yukon St Arvada, CO 80002

[email protected] americanautoshield.com So, to make a long story short, they did not do what they promised and they offered me 100% refund, if I did not like their new deal and I accepted the refund. Jason Currier agreed with my math that the refund should be $775.04, but AAAutoWarranty sent me a check for $229.07 on Nov 10th. Jason stated that theyAmerican Auto Shield and the finance company have processed their refund and that it was up to AAAutoWarranty to decide how much I would get back. I asked the question that the sales company dictates to the warranty company what the solution is.
I paid 775.04 and received back 229.07, not exactly 100% refund as Mr Currier agreed to provide to me in his email.
I have tried to be as complete and as accurate as possible. If any media, or regulatory agency would like to contact us, I will be happy to cooperate in every way that I can.
I believe that AAAutoWarranty, American Auto Shield and Mepco, the finance company should not be allowed to sell or finance warranties in the State of Texas or anywhere else.
