The end of June my brother and I went in to USA auto to get a car for my brother. I was the co-signer. Well my brother never signed the contract all we gave them was $500 down and they requested $1600 which was in payments. The cost for the car was $6200 a 2000 honda accord. They let my brother drive off with the car but only had it for about a week and half. On july 4th, the car was picked up by USA auto. They kept the $500 that we had put down and he they refused to work with us to get the car. So we left it as it was. The contract/loan should have never been processed since it was incomplete. Yesterday oct 11 I pulled my CBR to find out that i have 2 repo's showing one from USA auto and one from Red Mtn Funding for the 2000 honda. I contacted USA auto and they say they sold the car in an auction as a repo and i owe them $832 and that they never got funding from red mtn funding. I called red mtn funding they show they paid USA auto $8300 in august for the car. AUGUST!!! Now to get this corrected (?) I dont even know where to start. They are thefts! Any advice from anyone? Please help me!
